Log in to your AJAIA account and navigate to Settings > Subscription. Choose your desired plan and complete the payment process. Your new plan benefits will be available immediately.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoicing and purchase orders.

Make sure you've entered the correct organization URL and Personal Access Token (PAT). Your PAT needs the following scopes: Work Items (Read & Write), Project (Read). Check that your PAT hasn't expired. See our Azure DevOps integration guide for detailed setup instructions.

Complex epics with detailed descriptions may take 30-60 seconds to process. If the breakdown is taking longer than 2 minutes, try refreshing the page and starting again. Large epics may need to be broken down in stages for best results.

Try these steps: 1) Make sure you have the latest version installed from our download page. 2) On Windows, right-click and "Run as Administrator" for the first launch. 3) Check that your firewall isn't blocking the app. 4) Try reinstalling the application.
